General Manager
Michael brings more than 30 years’ experience in construction and development and holds a QBCC Open Builder’s Licence. Having worked as both a developer and a builder, he understands what makes a development stack up, from feasibility and approvals through to programme, cost control and what buyers want. He has led the delivery of numerous projects across South East Queensland and the Northern Territory, and is particularly skilled at coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams and negotiating approvals with local and State authorities. With a keen eye for detail and a clear understanding of what makes boutique projects appealing to the market, Michael delivers buildings that protect the developer’s margin and perform at sale.

Site Manager
Pepi has been involved in the Construction industry for the last 30 years and holds a Medium rise QBCC license. Having worked as a project manager for 10+ years is well versed in the complexities of the Construction Industry.
Pepi has worked on various projects throughout Southeast Queensland ranging from small, medium and large scale residential, commercial, industrial, community and mixed-use projects.
With in exceptional ability to drive project teams, Pepi is focused on the successful delivery of each project from concept to completion.

Kalycon has a specialist team of tradesmen, ranging from site foremen, carpenters, and apprentices. Our team of highly skilled tradesmen are hand-picked, and are capable of undertaking the most challenging construction works.
