Michael has more than 25 years’ experience in the Construction and Development industry and holds a QBCC Open Builders License. Having acted in a Development Management role for the last 20 years, Michael has been responsible for the management and delivery of numerous projects in South East Queensland and the Northern Territory. Michael’s particular expertise is the management of multi-disciplinary consultant teams for projects and negotiating approvals with relevant local and State authorities. His experience covers all aspects of construction including residential, multi-residential, commercial and industrial.

Alexander
Project Manager
Pepi has been involved in the Construction industry for the last 25 years and holds a Medium rise QBCC license. Having worked as a project manager for 10+ years is well versed in the complexities of the Construction and Development Industry.
Pepi has worked on various projects throughout Southeast Queensland ranging from small, medium and large scale residential, commercial, industrial, community and mixed-use projects as well as residential and industrial subdivisions.
Pepi has developed the solutions focused experience to deliver even the most complex of project outcomes.
With in exceptional ability to drive project teams, Pepi is focused on the successful delivery of each project from concept to completion.
Daniel
Duffy
Site Manager
Daniel (Dan) is well known within industry and has a reputation as an experienced team leader. With an uncompromising attention to detail, and an innovative approach to the construction industry, Dan can deliver the most complicated project effortlessly. With both an extensive and impressive portfolio of projects in his repertoire Dan has 15 years of construction experience including multi-residential, luxury residential, medium-rise and high-rise projects.
